An elevated tasting experience inspired by the “Hot Ones” concept. A curated progression of heat, flavour and texture across ten courses.

Each dish builds in intensity, balancing warmth, spice and refinement, designed for a shared and interactive dining experience.

House cultured butter layered with smoked and fermented chilli oils, served with warm milk bread.

Seasonal fruit, fresh chilli, citrus. Refreshing with a subtle heat finish.

Clear duck broth, delicate dumpling, ginger, chilli oil

Spiced Duck Consommé

Roast chicken, confit leg croquette, chilli beurre blanc. Seasonal vegetables, potato pavé with chilli crisp

Heat Level 7 — balanced heat


SIGNATURE HEAT COURSE

Black garlic, fermented chilli jus. Optional “last dab” for those who want it.

Heat Level 8–9 — controlled intensity


DESSERT

Dark Chocolate & Chilli

Bittersweet chocolate, chilli caramel, sea salt. Warm, lingering finish.
